This intensive program is structured into two parallel learning tracks that run concurrently over 3 weeks, providing participants with both the entrepreneurial mindset and clinical expertise needed to establish successful, technology-enabled healthcare practices.

Learning Objectives: 1. Understand healthcare business models and revenue streams 2. Master financial basics including cash flow management and pricing strategies 3. Navigate legal compliance requirements for healthcare entrepreneurs 4. Develop effective branding and market positioning strategies Weekly Components: 1. SME Tax Financial MasterClass 2. GoGP Business Model deep-dive 3. Platform registration and setup (MyPocketHealth) 4. Legal and regulatory compliance training

Business Training Track (Week 3 of 3)
Week 3: Partnership & Implementation Put theory into practice through peer collaboration and real-world patient and provider onboarding. Learning Objectives: 1. Establish strategic partnerships within your cohort 2. Successfully onboard local general practitioners to your network 3. Enroll patients onto the virtual care platform 4. Complete business registration and compliance requirements Weekly Components: 1. Cohort partnership matching and collaboration 2. GP onboarding practicum (target: 3 GPs per participant) 3.
